what camera for Lunar imaging?

Probably asked many times over, I'm looking for views on what cameras to go for Lunar imaging work, my budget for a camera is around £600 for a mono camera. I have seen some nice images taken with 618 chips. I think I am more interested in a camera which will give me tack sharp views with of course camera reliability. Your views please.

an IDS UI-12well40LE-NIR-GL is worth looking at i used to have one and was impressed with it i only sold it on as i didnt have a scope t use it on, it also does planetary
