Venus over the sea

Earlier I had seen it rise. It looked like an orangey light out to sea but was a small tinted crescent through the bins

Nice view there Kerry. I too noticed Venus out of my kitchen window this morning. Quickly plopped the old Prinz 550 out of the back door for a quick look at the phase. Gorgeous thin crescent in the dawn sky. Showed the good lady wife, suitably impressed!!
