Help Required - 76EQ

Hi Guys,

Thanks in advance for any help given.

My children (god bless them) were playing with my telescope (Astromaster 76EQ) and now it appears they have messed it up. I am pretty sure it is something simple but for the life of me i cannot figure it out.

There no longer seems to be resistance holding the telescope in place so from its resting position if i move the scope up, if i were to let go it just falls back to its resting position. This obviously makes using it nigh on impossible. I have been in the garage with it for the last half hour and whilst everything "looks" to be in place i cant seem to fix it??

Please help....a clear sky for the first time in over a week tonight !!

Check that the thumbscrews for the clutches are tightened up correctly.
