Another M82 supernova

Sure is a bright supernova! I took this on the 23rd January with a Watec 120N+ at 10 second integration, Celestron C9.25.

A quick stumble through Registax 6 produced the attached image.

Thanks for the encouragement guys. I would have liked to get more of the galaxy but I guess the local light pollution is a big limiting factor. If only I could get round to doing dark frames and all those other tricks I could no doubt tidy it up because there are a few hot pixels in there and some dust doughnuts.   I havn`t got lots of patience for image processing so I usually end up with a `quickie` result.  Anyway, it`s a nice record of my first observation of a supernova.
