This is my final processed Rosette from a few days ago. I've run a bit of noise reduction after removing a couple of gradients. Maybe it could benefit from a star reduction?

Skywatcher Evostar ED8 + SW flatter/reducer

Canon 450D Baader modified, Anti-aliasing filter removed

Astronomik CLS light pollution filter

25X 6 minutes light frames

60 flat frames

60 bias frames

18 dark frames

Edit. Mystery, there it is, now, and a good job done. Have you tried going into selective colour in Photoshop and moving the top slider in the reds to the left? Give it a try...
