Astrozap alumium dew shield

does any one know where you can purchase astrozap aluminium dew shields in the uk. I have a 9.25SCT.

Can't help with the aluminium ones but I have the heated flexi version from Astrozap which I use on my 11" SCT and that works very well!

Why aluminium? I would think that the aluminium will transfer heat pretty well and that would make it less effective as a dew preventer. To prevent dew, you need to insulate the dew-protectee from the coldness of space and/or reflect it's own heat back.

The aluminium looks nicer but is nowhere near as effective as the flexible one for reasons stated above. Go for the flexi one, easier to store too.
