Hi , I am from Malaysia ( Asia ).

I am currently using celestron 10x50 binocular.

I get to observe M42/M43 , M45 before this and currently searching for Andromeda.

What should look for next after Andromeda ?

M45 is really beautiful under my bino

Hello there from Cork Ireland

Try the double cluster in Perseus , very nice in binoculars. If you can hold them steady and look at Jupiter you'll make out its moons. Also try kembles cascade, a chain of stars with an open cluster at the bottom.

I think there's a binocular section in the forum and that will give you a good guide too

Good luck and clear skies.

For binoculars clusters are a good object, open or globular.

A list of clusters is easy to obtain from wikipedia, in google enter "list of messier objects", click on the wikipedia entry and you get a table of all Messier objects.

At that top of the table click on the column marked "Type", that will put all the open and globular cluster in common groups.

The table indicates which constellation they are in, after that it is likely best to get a book to determine exactly where in the relevant constellation they are. You could print the table off and tick them off as found. I use The Monthly Sky Guide for constellation guides.

Another set to consider is The Caldwell Objects,

One minor hiccup here is you are well South of most of us, so I guess some items may be unavailable to you which we talk about, equally you likely have a lot of the Milky Way that we do not have.
