StarLight 80mm Equatorial Telescope

Hi All,

I'm in the market for a 80mm/100mm scope to partner my C8 (grab n go). budget is around £165. Does anyone know of these StarLight 80mm Equatorial Telescope's as sold by Telescope house?. I think (although not sure) they are Meade????.

Any ideas?

I need a quick fix scope.. the C8 is possibly the best home scope on the market (well apart from the 9.25) and provides very good views, but cool down is 1 hour 30 mins + setup time of around 20 mins. I need a grab and go for an hour in the garden!!. I Had thought about a Tal 100 from FLO for £180 (OTA of course) or a 120 Evostar @ £195

I think there's your two favourites mate. Obviously you don't need me to tell you that the TAL is most likely going to be better colour corrected while the Evostar is going to show you more ....
