It's "dark" here, trouble is, there's enough thin high stuff to give a distinctly orange sky, even at the zenith.

I got the imaging kit out as  soon as I got home but am debating whether to get into my thermal stuff which is bulky and uncomfortable indoors. I think I might give it a go, see how I get on.

Have to say I'm wimping out and watching my imaging over the internet from the comfort of the dining room.

Red subs of M33 rolling off as we speak, to supplement the Luminance from last month....

Out observing but transparency very poor, loads of dew.

Well, I've started another run on M31, see how I get on. Trouble is, next door but one have a firework party. Fortunately M31 is far enough away that I may get away with it.

Finished my run and packed in for the night as I turn in before 11 o/c in the week.

Now for some cocoa.
