ISS transit

Hi All,

I was out walking the dogs tonight  just after 18:30 and saw the longest transit of the ISS that i think i have ever seen. It must have lasted in excess of 3 minutes.  I didnt see it fade as it went behind a cloud but  It was extremely bright throughout all of the transit.  A very nice accidental spot, although the dogs did wonder why I just stopped in the middle of the field and started looking up :-)

Good spot

The flip side is getting the 1 minute warning from my ISS phone app and rushing to the back door to be met by total cloud cover and rain!!

Must get one of those apps for my phone.  And remember to take my bins when i take the dogs out :-)
