CCD Gain & Offset

What do i use, where do i find the measurements i need for setting Gain & Offset?

I understand how to determine what the settings should be & i understand that im looking for is an ADU value and even what they should be for my camera but i dont know where the measurement is read out.  EZCAP doesn't display ADU and if its in Nebulosity or Maxim DL i dont know where it is.

Regards EZCap. You will find the adu value of your image in:-

Image Process / Noise Analyze.

Steve is it the RMS value displayed??? Nothing says ADU, if it is then ive got it right.
