EQ5 NIGHTMARE

When my telescope points completely the wrong way for the first star alignment I know I've forgotten to reset it to the home position before starting. It amazes me how many times I've managed to do that in the few weeks I've had this GOTO mount.

Thank you all for your tips and advice. I was a little concerned at one point wondering if the dovetail mount had been connected correctly or if the motor was connected the right way round during installation, but the last night I used it, everything seemed to be OK with it. Waiting for the next clear night to try it out again.
