Telementor 2 and ngc 404

Other than the moon not had chance to use the Telementor because of cloud.

Last night managed to get out for half an hour .Observing from my dark site in Wales looked at Mirach and with the 10mm ortho eyepiece mirach's ghost was big and bright with averted vision, and If I could have had another 15 mins I'm sure  it would have been seen with direct vision. (in rolled the cloud )

I did not expect to see this with this scope and was looking at the colour of Mirach what other surprises will this scope hold.....

Had ny first look at this a week ago just before the moon came and with my 16" f4.5 with a 14mm ep it showed up really well even from my light polluted garden.can't wait to see it from a dark site.

I'm taking my tele 2 to kelling next weekend, I'll be putting this one on the list ;-)

Took mine to hertsy and as always gave fantastic views,keepers for sure
