Oh Yes. Its a very strict test!!

You have to participate in the forums and get involved with discussions etc until you reach 250 posts. Then you can sell or place ads to your hearts content.

Stick around, ask questions and get involved. It takes little effort and you will be there soon.

Once you have reached 50 posts AND one months membership you will have access to the classifieds section, but only for buying. You need 250 posts to be able to sell. Please be aware that post farming is not acceptable (ie  multiple postings of "Hello and welcome"  etc) and your post count could be amended accordingly.
