JamesF
They'e a standard metric size as far as I recall. Probably M2, but I'm not absolutely certain. You should be able to find M2 thumbscrews fairly easily via google.I had thumbscrews on my EQ3-2, but found them a bit of a nuisance because they kept catching on things That's probably at least partly because the polar scope cover keeps falling off and eventually breaks. I ended up replacing them with grub screws, but ones that were just long enough to poke out of the sides of the mount by a couple of millimetres at most. I found that worked a lot better than either thumbscrews or the standard grub screws fitted to the higher end mounts.James
JamesF
Oh, this isn't the first time this has come up by the way, so if you can get the search engine to co-operate you may well find that someone has posted the actual size required and links to suppliers.James
