Hi all.

Conditions where not good last night ( haze turning the sky orange ) but I could see a few stars and I wanted to try out My 80Ed with my 0.5 atik focal reducer set at 0.74 (by bringing the FR closer to the CCD) and I had a friend around who wanted to play. :embarassed:

The result was 8 @ 10 Min's before the cloud cover thickend too much to guide.

80Ed with a Focal ratio of f5.53.

Pleased with the FR in this new position , Still some coma but much better stars at the edge than when it was set at 0.5.

As for the image........ it's a little noisy and the contrast was killed a little by the conditions, looking forward to a go at the horsehead with this fov now. :icon_jokercolor:
