Help combining RGB

I recently got myself a mono CCD camera (Atick 16HR) & had a go at doing some LRGB imaging. Everything on the imaging side of things went reasonably smoothly but I'm not having much luck when it comes to combining the RGB images.

I read the pixinsight tutorial & watched Harry's pixinsight tutorials & as far as I can tell, I followed them exactly but whenever I try & combine the RGB images they don't stack properly as can be seen in the images included.

Does anyone have an idea of where I've gone wrong as for the life of me, I can't figure it out.

I have just altered the colour balance using curves in Gimp to get a better image, but there is a residual image shift between R, G, and B. Registax RGB align could perhaps sort that out (I am a planetary imager, as you can tell ).

You're combining in Pixinsight, but are you stacking the sets of R G and B frames in Pixinsight as well, or something else?

Sorry I forgot to mention that, I'm stacking in PixInsight as well.
