I recently bought a monster pier from this company. The communication throughout was superb with emails from Julie when the pier was ready for shipping, shipped and then an email to see if it had arrived. The product itself is built like it would hold up the Ark. Don't even think about lifting this yourself unless you are used to handling heavy items...it really weighs a ton!

They also sell obsys, which look like they're very nicely finished, though I have no experience of them.
