How far is it true that the own branded scopes offered at LCE are actually Skywatcher offerings rebadged?

Called in to one today to get a remote shutter release for my canon and thats what they said.

The LCE Arena range of astro scopes are 'related' but they are not the same.

.... at least they weren't when I worked for them!
