Unless its affecting the view its probably best to leave it. If you must clean it then I use distilled water and a very soft cloth.

and as Gaz say unless it is effecting your view don't bother with it.

If it gets to be a problem, you can get a photographer's lens cleaning kit at a photography store. Myself, I just use a corner of my denim shirt...

For a finderscope, a regular photographers micro-fiber (it's lint free) lens cleaning cloth - and a bit of huff - is all you need. Alternatively, a well washed hanky!
