I suppose the question is "any good for what?" I've had a few similar items in the past, they are great for the top pocket when out walking and you want a closer look at some object, or relaxing at a vantage point on a drive out. Astronomically they are really too small to seriously consider.

I did wonder about it, and that they may be too shaky. I suppose they would be good for doing Jack Bauer impressions!

Besides, I found them cheaper elsewhere online, and there's a new model out at the moment with contoured hand grip (if that makes any difference, could be exactly the same glass inside).
