E1321 - nice double in UMA

Reading a Sue French article...spotted a 17 second double to try that Sue splits at 17x

Sure enough a lovely orange close double in the 20x 60mm spotting scope...similar view in the 20x80 bins..tight but definitely a double.

So out with the 90mm refractor and its lovely right from the 30mm plossl giving 27x through to the 4.7es giving a mag of 170x. At this mag the star splits in to two sharp spots about the width of a pencil!

I would say the colours were best in the bins...

Nice double..check it out..its near 15 and 18 UMA below and right of the saucepan to the SW..

I will give it a look, I believe I have already seen it but it was some years back. It is always nice to view things that others on the forum are looking at.
