Where's this £440 dob I keep hearing about???

After deciding on buying a 12" Revelation dob I keep reading past posts/reviews stating it as £440 but wherever iv seen it its £686???? I thought prices were going down not UP? Or am I plainly missing something with it been 5am & i'm barely alive?
