Meade DSI 2 Pro HELP

Hi people, I have got a meade dsi 2 pro and have no idea how to use it. I have envisage software and the meade instructions are not the best. I have just been outside to take a picture my first issue is:

when i move the scope around the image lags

second I cant get a perfect image

what am i doing wrong?

A bit more info is required. Telescope ? computer spec ? What exposure settings did you use ?

peter i am using a meade lx200 10 inch ACF, computer is a windows 7 intel core i5. I think for this i used auto setting. Last night I was following http://www.meade.com/educational/dsi_videos/index.html and nothing like was being shown was happening. It was laggy image fuzzy and very dis coloured.

I am going to reinstall the software as I noticed no darks folder was made or anything being saved
