Well here I am sitting out under the stars , it's the clearest night I've had since getting me scope. The moon and Jupiter look superb tonight. I even ate my mushroom tortellini in spinach and ricotta sauce out here in the garden with my scope. I'm not hooked honest! Clear skies to u all, Kevin

How did you get on in the end?

I tend to find when the Moon is up and getting brighter that i focus on the Moon and Juptier instead of looking for DSOs. I have enough trouble finding them as it is haha.

I was born in Kent, Chatham to be precise. I moved away in 1971 and I bet I would not even know the place any longer. I have looked on Google Earth a few times and you can see the builders have been at work.
