Hi,

It's always the same four galilean moons that you see, io, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto though sometimes not all are visible when their path takes them behind Jupiter. This link will give you information on Jupiter and it's moons including info on when the GRS is visible. skyandtelescope also have an iPhone app which is very useful.
