The sun in White light - 25/1/13 (With an iPhone)

Hi,

Not many postings for the last couple of days so thought I would post a picture of the sun in white light taken with my iPhone. Can you see the detail, oh, sorry, no the sun is completely gone, hidden behind the thick white cloud and falling snow (didn't show up very well either).

Can't you tell it is Friday afternoon, my car is the only one left in the car park.

That's pretty much how the sun looks from here too Robin - grey and slightly damp at the moment. Weather man would have me believing that I might actually get to see our nearest star tomorrow, I'll believe that when I see it!

Just driven home from a night out. Snow all the way across the road and lots more snow falling from the sky but forecast is for sun on Sunday, fingers crossed.
