SharpCap - Captured file location?

This question might introduce you to an entirely new dimension of stupidity...

But I tried capturing with SharpCap using my webcam today... I pushed start capture... it started... I pressed end capture, and it ended.

However .... What about the file? It never asked me where to save, or gave any indication as to where the file could be found.

The capture location was set to desktop, but I didnt find anything there either..

I think by default it ends up on the desktop, but check in the Sharpcam program folders too.

Here's an example file name - Capture 08_01_2013 22_16_41.avi

It may help you track your AVI's if you search for something similar using the date you took the images.

When you open SharpCap click on "File" (top left) , this will give you the "Set Capture Folder" option ,

Create a folder wherever you want it and name it appropriately , ie Jupiter 19-1-13 , all done.
