jupiter moon transit

Hope all you guys are having a good one, got a 200p skyliner dob from santa this year and just got first light. Upgraded from a 130 explorer. Let scope cool down and got jupiter in the sights and seen a black spot on one of the cloud bands. Took me a while to realise it was a moon shadow! Anyone else see this tonight. Also seen a few clusters south west of jupiter and havnt a clue what they are. Spotted them in the bins as fuzzys then put the scope on them at 48x what a stunning sight. The double cluster was amazing to. A very happy bunny with the 200p and if it wasnt for the wealth of knowledge of the guys n gals on this site I mite be still looking at the moon through a 4x40 air rifle scope. Cheers peeps!

Its always an amazing thing to see. Didnt see this one though, not had a good run of clear skies for a few weeks around me. Do remember my first one though, was amazing to watch it progress across the planet.
