Widefield EP For 10" Dob - Budget £80-£90

Hi there,

A follow on to my topic the other day! I've got roughly £80-£90 to select a new EP for xmas for my 10" Dob (F4.7) and I'm torn between a few suspects! I'm looking for something in the 15-25mm range and I know at that price my scope will push most cheaper EP's. I can live with a 80% sharp field across the view etc, here's my shortlist at present!

Skywatcher 26mm Panaview

Celestron X-Cel Lx 18mm or 25 mm

William Optics SWAN 20mm or 25mm

Any opinions of using the above EP's? Other suggestions?

Thanks in advance

I know that when I asked this question of FLO they recommended the 25mm Xcel LX. As I recall the panaview won't be sharp to the edge on our scope but then from your post you already know that and are happy with 80%.

I however decided to go cheaper as it's primarily for finding and got a GSO 32mm possl instead so can't comment personally.
