  1. Cheers guys Still a bit confused tho, would it be safe to use for my purpose of cleaning thermal grease from aluminium/copper?
  2. Not really an eyepiece question, but wasn't really sure where to put it. Does anyone know the exact ingredients for this? Reason I'm asking is that I almost used it last night to clean the old thermal compound from a computer CPU I was changing the cooler one. it's recommended to use isopropyl alcohol, is that what's in this? I never did in the end, I just used a kitchen roll and some elbow grease but wondered for future reference.

  5. I see your point but the OP says a starter telescope, I don't think he's going to hear "Daddy, I can't split alpha Ursae Minoris, buy me a coma corrector please!" any time soon
  6. If its just to gauge her interest you could do a lot worse than this: http://www.firstlightoptics.com/heritage/skywatcher-heritage-76-mini-dobsonian.html Under budget, surprisingly capable going by the reviews and very portable. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk

  8. Pretty good but the zoom is way too quick on a nexus 4. Is it open source?

  15. Pros and cons for both Buddy, with one working better on some targets and vice versa. It is said the the UHC is more of a general filter (ie works well on most targets) if you're only getting 1 I'd go for that. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk
  16. http://www.takepart.com/article/2013/10/30/starpath-glow-in-the-dark-roads-provide-energy-free-illumination Could prove interesting in reducing LP.
