Will this wedge work?

Hey dudes, im new to this forum so let me know if im posting this in the wrong place

Iv got a celestron cpc 800 and im considering buying a celestron heavy duty wedge to aid in my imaging. Do you think this type would be a good choice for me?

Hello and welcome.

Yes it will work fine. Make sure you consider the Pro wedge though - it is MUCH sturdier and easier to adjust. I borrowed one for my 1100 and it worked a treat. These things are incredibly heavy.

I use one of these - it's brilliant - much better than earlier models and will handle your 800 with no problem whatsoever

Thanx guys, the only reason iv decided on this one is iv been offerd one for £150, dose that sound like a good price? as iv not got alot to play with
