Point me towards what I need for a tripod for my Pentax PCF WP II Bino's

If they are 10x50 or smaller, I personally would use them without tripod. A reclining chair is generally best for ultra-relaxed sweeping of the heavens. Any standard adapter should work, I would think. A monopod might be better than a tripod, because the legs get in your way when viewing things at higher altitude.

thanks, actually, I was looking towards the monopod. It makes a lot of sense..
