Jupiter 07.12.12

Hi all,

Managed to get out last night and obtained some images of Jupiter in poor seeing conditions before the next Atlantic system made its present felt - good old changeable north west! Transparency was very good but Jupiter was fading in and out badly on screen - frustratingly. This image was taken near the end of my stint as cloud made a bee line straight for where I was observing the great one - inevitably of course! Taken with a C8, DBK618 and processed using AS2!, Registax and twiddled slightly in PS. Thanks for looking.

Best regards,

Ralph

Thanks Scoobee for the kind comment much appreciated. Had a go at using the 1.5X drizzle function in AS2. Also I think the images show red spot junior just emerging from the limb on the top left.

Best regards,

Ralph
