Glorious blue skies today but poor seeing , can't have everything I guess . . . .

Shot 300 to give myself a fighting chance in the boiling conditions , selected 97 and stacked 47 , had to align manually because Uncle Reg was having "one of those days"

A little growth in the new regions and the merest hint of a newcomer at the "half-eight" position . . .

Nice one Steve, lots of detail in there. There is quite a big prominence coming from that group in the 8 o'clock position, see the following post for a pic taken at the same time as you.

I hope it wasn't as windy in Newmarket as it was here, you would have got blown off your ladder today. My scope nearly blew over on it's tripod!
