vixen dovetail bar

hi all i am wanting to convert my skywatcher 130p on a eq2 mount and put my ota onto a goto mount with synscan but need to put a vixen dovetail bar on to my scope is this posible and will it spoil my view through my scope if i have the screws from the plate inside the tube hope you can help

You should use your tube rings with your new dovetail bar. This will avoid having to drill holes in your tube.

Your existing tube rings should fit directly onto a SW dovetail bar, get the longest one possible, it will help with balance and stability.
