Moon and Jupiter

Caught a short break in the clouds this evening and decided to have a go at shooting the above as they are close together tonight.

Firstly a wide shot of the two together

And then a stacked image of the moon through my SL80 scope. I have never tried stacking lunar images before, not sure if I am happy with the result or not. This was about 40 frames @ 1/250th with ISO 100. I have cropped it in GIMP.

was great to seen them, nice image, ive never stacked anything yet, i did get a shot holding a small compact over the EP of the moon, bit shaky
