Local Meetings - An introduction - PLEASE READ

Hi Folks and Welcome to the Local Meeting section.

The idea here is for someone (anyone!) to start a thread and organise a meeting of other SGL members.

It doesn't have to be an observing session, could be a monthly pub lunch, cards night, knitting circle - whatever you want!

It would also be an idea to link the events into the calendar so that others can see what's happening.

Any events organised in this section ARE NOT officially sanctioned by Stargazerslounge.com, even if the events are attended by a member of the Admin / mod team.

This is a bit free and easy at the moment, till we see how well it gets used and then we'll look at a bit more structure - possibly!!!

So, in the words of the song - Let's get together!!!
