Hi All,can anyone suggest anywhere i can aquire a new main shaft and bottom cup for an Heq5Pro?

Anyone got a damaged/irrepairable mount?

I ask because i have had a major catastrophe,and can always take damaged parts to local machine shop but thought i may aswell ask here first.

I think a new mount is on the books.

I have damaged the threads on shaft and bottom cup and would need them to be re-cut.

Any help really appreciated.

Astro boot has a couple of tripod head bits on but none that are HEQ5 items, also not sure exactly what it is you need. You could try Scopes and Skies as they seem to have an assortment of bits around. If you ever visit their place there are cabinets of various items.

If you need to purchase a replacement from Skywatcher then it is either through a retailer or contact OVL in Bury St Edmunds.
