Eq set up

Hi All,

I have seen somewhere on SGL an alternative guide for setting up an EQ6 mount. The official manual is sometimes not very clear and leaves me tearing out what small aount of hair I have!

Can someone please point me in the right direction? :huh:

I've had a look and if I can get the sound to work on my laptop it looks to be fine. Works okay on my desktop in the obsy though :grin:

hey layor I'm new to this forum and I watched that link from steve and I'll be honest.....for someone like me this is a little complicating....I myself just learned after 25 years of viewing how to set up eq mount the right way... I just always pointed scope in general direction and fought with the controls just to keep object in view....then I saw this video on youtube. this could be a video for someone just starting out with his or hers first eq mount

This guide used to be on the SGL blog pages which I can't find since the new forum software. But it's specifically for the NEQ6 and is really one of the best I've found - very well illustrated and explained. HTH
