I have been having a play with PixInsight prior to parting with my ill gotten gains.

I had some subs of M3 taken in April 10 x 20sec unguided

These were registered, stacked and processed in PixInsight following Harry's Tutorials. There may still be some hot pixels in the final image as I didn't know that Dithering make them easier to detect. Looking at the final image I have been a bit harsh with the noise removal, but overall I am pleased with the result, and will be parting with my money when the trial period is over.

when you stack did you use winsorised pixel rejection.

Also I'd explore dynamic PSF, create a average PSF as an image and then either: (a) deconvolution with external PSF using the average PSF or ( deconvolution using the motion blur with the angle and length from the dynamic PSF parameters.

yes dither dither and more dither

If the hot pixels fall in the same place no rejection setting will find them , you could try the " cosmetic correction " this will help a lot
