Hi

Only had a small window of time today to get set up and shoot between the clouds, the seeing wasn't great as there where high level clouds but still managed to get a few shots in using my new set up. Having a great time with it and hope you like the images I captured before being clouded out. (Still got loads to learn in processing I know!). Any hints tips or advice always welcome.

Looks like you're off to a good start.

Which camera were you using?

The last image looks better - the others are a little overcooked!

Less wavelets are better.

Great start! I agree about the wavelets. Looking back at my early images I did the same thing - it takes practice not to overdo it.

I used the DMK 21 618.AS camera, it's quite difficult to judge too much/ too little wavelets and have been trying to bring out as much detail as possible but finding that presice line is the key, any tips on what I should be doing would be great. I'm using Registax 6, maybe might be worth trying Reg 5 and less wavelets for a comparison I guess.
