Installing Meade DSI Pro II

Hi all,

Trying to install a meade DSI Pro II on a laptop with Win XP.

Downloaded and Installed AutostarSuite ok. Connected Camera, clicked to 'Automaticlly install device driver' it whirred and buzzed, then said no software was found.

I have navigated to the drivers in the meade folder but that didn't work either.

Any suggestions?

I don't think that you've done anything wrong with the installation. It might be worth uninstall the software and reinstall. Meade have produced a series of instructional videos for the DSI, the last video concerns the installation procedure http://www.meade.com/educational/dsi_videos/index.html.

Try this group on yahoo, very informative and if you do a search they discuss problems in setting the DSI to work.

The drivers are in the Envisage software not the auto star.
