My first NLCs of the year

I saw a rather weak display of NLCs last night, which is my first of the year. I always find them magical, and even though the display wasn't the most impressive I've seen, it was very beautiful and peaceful.

Really nicely captured, I don't know why but more often than not NLC images seem to go hand in hand with these little dark lenticular clouds but always a welcome contrast.

I have some images from a few weeks back too, just never downloaded from my camera yet...procrastination is my downfall!
