BST Explorers and PST

Are the BST Explorer EP's any good with the Coronado PST - if so what size would you recommend?

They should be fine, the PST is F10 so no need for specially corrected or wide field types. My most used eyepiece on a PST is a 11mm TV Plossl. IMO anything much longer focal length than about 15mm produces too small an image to do the PST justice.

Thanks for that - do you think the PST will handle a 5 or 6mm ok?

The Sun doesn't bear magnification very well due to the heat of the day. A good PST on a good day should handle an 8mm eyepiece, the small OG tends to run out of steam beyond this, nothing wrong with giving it a try if you already have the shorter f/l eyepieces.
