As the owner of a Q7, I would say, if it "is" as stated, and with the full ap solar filter and tristand it's a bargain; didn't mention eyepieces though. What bothers me, is the statement " We don't have the capability for local pickup " ? ? ?

If your seriously interested, ask the seller for the serial #, and run it by Jim Reichert at Questar, he should be able to give you more information.

To purchase a new one, your realistically looking at a two year wait, and about tripple the price.

Will only post it, no pick up allowed, this sets the alarm bells ringing straight away. Maybe there's a fault and they want to claim its been damaged in the post, might be an innocent explanation though.
