The weather seems so random at the moment that all efforts at prediction beyond the next twelve hours look to be doomed.

Wouldn't it be great to be able to control the weather?

Then we could organise the rain and cloud (and wind) during the hours of daylight, giving way in early evening to calm cleatr conditions with perfect skies as the rain would have washed out all the dust.
