Moonrise timelapse

Very atmospheric :) There is a lot of flicker in the video have you tried using VirtualDub and its deflicker plugin to reduce the effect?

No- haven't tried that, will give it a go. Flicker can be a problem when the cameras auto exposure function tries to vary the exposures from shot to shot. This is normally only a problem in daylight timelapses. I thought I had turned the camera from apperture priority mode to manual but maybe I hadn't? The jumping around seems more obvious in the opening frames and then settles down later when the 10 seconds set on the intervalometer overides the auto exposure?
