WO Focuser on a ST80

due to an incoming upgrade im going to have a spare william optics focuser from my 80mm triplet laying around was just wondering if its possible to fit it on my ST80 to give me a 2" dual speed option. having had a quick look i think i would need an adapter can anyone offer advice on whether its possible or what i would need to do it

Is it not simply a matter of undoing the screws on the ST80 holding the existing focuser on and giving it go?

I know WO do a focuser for synta refractors see http://www.williamoptics.com/accessories/synta_features.php

but whether that has a specific adapter that a WO focuser from a WO scope does not have I can't say.

No the WO focuser isn't a straight swap it will need adapting
