Here is where will put me latest project creations.

Created some attachments for imaging sensor could use any cam or could even use eye piece if wanted to.

1 kind of gives really zoomed in view

also 1 kind looks like what would see if bonoculars where ok

not bad use for 50mm lens from some broken binoculars.

will test sometime with night sky see if cam picks out up through them tested 1 with eyetoy cam and it seemed to work.

will test with other cams sometime.

Interesting :)

I know thats what i thought interesting when making them

i'm in way copying of JamesF binocular finder :)

but i'm attaching cam to mine.

from thread http://stargazerslounge.com/showthread.php?t=189521

be awesome if they work like when i move the thing about and it records to avi what ever i'm viewing at example if was looking at plaides or orion mind you they not in me skies but they will be soon couple weeks time or somet to keep outside in stable position and luck what ever comes past it's field of view.

mite even work pretty nice with moon get full view or if get some more baarder filter to cover lens mite work good with sunshine.

what i done to get cam to work the one with cam attached

i got one bit of the old binoculars eye piece and i took away the first bit of glass

so when look through that looks all blurry.

then i got the 50mm lens bit and found bit of tubing about inch and half

and put it all together then attached the cam sensor to end and it kind of worked.

could easy tweek it bit to focus on somet and then leave it.

the other one is just kind like james f where got 50mm lens then bit tubing

then the diagonal mirror and then option to have cam attached or eyepiece

this is the zoomed one.

i will test these when skies clear some night see if they work.

I know binoculars used to work great with night sky they where my first pair 10 x 50 used to see allsorts with them even moving sats :)

shame they fell apart on me but if these gadgets work made some use for them.

i shall get another pair of 10 x 50 sometime.
